Important Information About Booking Your Airfare...

We recommend, whenever possible, that our clients fly into town the night prior to departure. You never know when mother nature will throw wrench into your air travel plans...

We know that for some folks this is not always possible, so please keep the following information in mind when booking your airfare:

Homeland Security Rules, effective January 2009, state that all travelers must be checked in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to sailing.

Most Ships depart at 4pm, therefore, you MUST be checked in by 2:30pm.

You must plan for your flight to arrive into the airport NO LATER THAN 12:00pm on the day of departure in order to give yourself time to get to the port on time.

We recommend taking the earliest flight possible, and arriving by 11am when possible. This is a very serious matter, and clients have been denied boarding for arriving late.

After the cruise, the day that you are returning home, if flying out right after the cruise, book your flight home NOT EARLIER THAN 12:30PM.

Please contact us prior to booking your flights if you have any questions at all.

Please also be aware that when utilizing the Cruise Ships' Transfer Service, there are time constraints as well, that may differ from our recommendations, so always ask your agent if you are unsure.
