November 12 - 19, 2017

Cruising Through Cardiac

Join us as we sail from Port Canaveral in Orlando, Florida to tropical destinations in the Caribbean, including Royal Caribbean's Private Island - Labadee; Falmouth, Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico.

You'll attend seminars on days 'at sea' or at times when your enjoyment of the ports of call will not be affected.

Course Description:
Most hospitalized patients have some level of cardiac pathology and it is becoming increasingly important for nurses and respiratory therapists to understand the complexities of cardiac care. This seminar will review cardiovascular anatomy, and will have a strong focus on assisting nurses and respiratory therapists to identify what a cardiac rhythm is telling them about their patients. This continuing education activity is a good review for both seasoned cardiac nurses, as well as those looking to broaden their knowledge on common cardiac conditions seen at the bedside; it will also provide an excellent review for respiratory therapy professionals looking to broaden their knowledge in this area.
